Shipping Information

The orders will be released for shipping after payment has been made. Orders are ready for dispatch in 1-3 working days (depending on order volume) There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Duration of shipping by post:

Within Austria 3 to 4 working days Europe-wide 3 to 6 working days Worldwide within 15 working days

Shipping within Austria is free from a purchase price of €100!



Shipping to the EU: € 8.90 - 11.90

Shipping to Switzerland: € 19.40

Please note that outside the EU, customs costs may apply, which must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping worldwide: € 29.00



SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your Nero Cento package leaves our headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email from us so that you can track exactly where your package is.

This tracking number must be entered on Post's website. This allows you to see the shipping status of your order.

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to become active.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% happy with your Nero Cento order, we always try to solve it as quickly as possible, here it is

2 options:
In general - please take care of the return shipment yourself (simply return it as cheaply as possible to a shipping company you have selected) - this is also to be borne by the buyer himself according to our cancellation policy.

1.) As soon as we have received the return, we can send you another item - there are no further costs. OR 2.) As soon as we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price.

In this case, we ask you to send a brief message to office@nerocento.com so that we can quickly exchange your item or refund the entire amount.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable!

The buyer bears the costs for the return! Unfortunately, we cannot accept freight collect shipments!

After we have received your return, we will process it within 3-5 working days. The credit is made in the same way as the payment was originally made.
